1. Our Commitment

At ECA Online Shop, we are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes in a fair, timely, and professional manner. We value our clients and aim to maintain a positive working relationship throughout every project.

2. Step 1 — Direct Communication

If you have a concern or complaint regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.

Please provide the following when reaching out:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Project invoice number or reference
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any supporting documents or screenshots

3. Step 2 — Formal Complaint

If your concern is not resolved within 5 business days of initial contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to easis0520@gmail.com with the subject line: Formal Complaint — [Your Name].

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a resolution or update within 7 business days.

4. Step 3 — Mediation

If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a neutral third-party mediator before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs shall be shared equally between both parties unless otherwise agreed.

5. Step 4 — Legal Action

If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, in accordance with Philippine law. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Cavite, Philippines.

6. Refund Disputes

For disputes related to refunds or payments, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Refund disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
