TERMS OF SERVICE ECA Online Shop — Website Creation Services Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ecaonline.shop and any website creation services provided by ECA Online Shop ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms in full.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
ECA Online Shop provides website creation services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- E-commerce store setup
- Website maintenance and updates
- Domain and hosting assistance
The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate project agreement or invoice.
3. PROJECT SCOPE & DELIVERABLES
All deliverables will be defined prior to the start of the project. Any work requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the original agreement.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- A 50% downpayment is required before any work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before final files or access are handed over.
- Accepted payment methods will be specified on your invoice.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of deliverables.
5. REVISIONS POLICY
Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond this limit will be billed at an hourly or fixed rate, to be communicated in advance.
6. TIMELINE & DELAYS
Estimated project timelines will be provided at the start of each project. ECA Online Shop is not responsible for delays caused by the Client, including but not limited to late submission of content, images, feedback, or required credentials.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed website design and content created by ECA Online Shop are transferred to the Client. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
- Supply required login credentials and access when needed
- Provide clear and timely feedback during the project
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
We will not share, sell, or disclose any confidential information provided by the Client without prior written consent, except as required by law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ECA Online Shop's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination:
- Work completed to date will be billed accordingly.
- The downpayment is non-refundable if work has already commenced.
- Final deliverables will only be released upon full settlement of outstanding fees.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
